Red Pepper & Chilli Glazed Sausages - Sweet and spicy, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
Pork Sausages (HECK are my go-to)
Tenderstem broccoli
Red Pepper
Onion (Half)
Asparagus
Rice (Basmati is my go-to)
1 Chilli
Garlic Clove
Chipotle Chilli (Just a couple for extra flavour)
Stock Cube (Veg Organic reduced salt is my go-to)

Start by cooking your sausages (Ensure you follow the instruction on your packaging)
While your sausages are cooking, chop up your red pepper, onion and garlic.
Remove your sausages (Once cooked!) and set aside, add a splash of oil and add your peppers, onion and garlic into the pan and fry for about 5-7 min on medium to high heat.
Dissolve the stock cube in a half cup of boiling water and mix until completely dissolved, then add the stock into your pan (Ensure you do this very slowly bit by bit) add a few Chipotle chilli's and cover and leave on low heat stirring occasionally.
Bring a small pan of water to boil and add your tenderstem broccoli and asparagus to the pan and leave to boil for about 5-10min.
Bring a small pan of water to boil and add your rice in, cook for 12min (Or whatever is on your instructions).






Once all is cooked, add your rice in first, then your broccoli and asparagus either side, glazed veg on top of the rice, with the sausages coming in last on top! ENJOY!
